James has a unique blend of experience and passion for exploring and creating location-based marketing solutions which join the digital and physical worlds for multichannel brands.

Over a 25 year marketing career he has held C-suite leadership roles in media agency (eg Posterscope) and ad-tech organisations (eg Groundtruth) and is most recently the founder of crossover, a multi-channel, location-centric marketing business.  He has deep knowledge of location based marketing across multiple disciplines including mobile, social, out-of-home, experiential and programmatic trading, with a particular focus on innovation, measurement and the data and technology that underpins these areas.
